How cute would this be to add to a vintage airplane themed birthday outfit? Or maybe even a hot air balloon outfit? It would also make a cute pilot costume hat. Or you could use it for a newborn boy photo prop.

It comes in one size only. It will be large and need to be positioned on a newborn.  It will fit a 1-2 year old best. A 4 year old is probably too big to wear it.
