Returns & Exchanges

Defective / Incorrect Products: 

If Cuddle Sleep Dream has made an error, please contact us to correct the problem (info@cuddlesleepdream.com) as best we can with no cost to you.

For all other returns/exchanges:

All items (except personalized pieces*)in unwashed new condition, can be returned or exchanged for any reason for up to 45 days. Please contact us regarding returns beyond 45 days.  (We do accept them beyond 45 days on a case-by-case basis.)

Customer pays for return label for size exchanges and courtesy returns.

How to Return/Exchange

Our return portal with a downloaded label is available here.  Please note that the cost of the return label will be deducted from the refund unless there is a quality issue.

In either case, please include:

  • your packing slip (OR order number OR full name & address)
  • a note explaining what you need (i.e. "exchange for size 6m" or "return and refund").

We recommend saving your tracking number for the return.

Please allow for up to 14 days for us to process the return once it is received.  If you are in a rush to exchange, we recommend purchasing the item you need and then sending the return, rather than waiting for the exchange.

*Personalized Items

Items that have been personalized or extensively customized (i.e. a special birthday theme) are not able to be returned unless there is a defect or mistake.  Please be extra sure to check the sizing and spelling details of your order. We are also always happy to provide a proof by request.
