Cuddle Sleep Dream products are proudly handmade in small batches. We keep many items in-stock, with a processing time of 1-3 days. Other items are handmade to order, with a production & processing time of up to 5-7 days. There is specific timing information available on each product's page (see shipping tab).
Here's what might take a little longer:
Personalization: Please allow 1-3 days for personalization. (We are often able to rush this by request, but please be sure to contact us via email or leave a note at checkout with your need-by date.)
Holiday/Seasonal Pants: Seasonal inventory moves very quickly! We do our best to keep them in stock, but we often run out of sizes and need to handmake them to order, which takes 4-7 days.
If you are in a rush, you may contact customer service (info@cuddlesleepdream.com) with:
- a link or picture of the item(s) including the size/color
- the date you need them by
- your zip code
And we'll let you know how long it would take to ship!
We ship from Hatboro, PA (Philadelphia suburbs).
Our flat rate shipping is via USPS first class package. Delivery confirmation and tracking is included.
Shipping Upgrades available:
UPS delivers Mon-Fri (not Saturday) unless you also purchase the Saturday Delivery upgrade.
UPS Ground - UPS Ground arrives in 1-5 days, not including weekends, depending on your location relative to the map below.
During the holiday season it may be an extra day, but we have found it to be very reliable even through the peak of the season.
UPS 2-day Air - 2 day delivery to anywhere in the continental USA, M-F. During the holiday season it may be an extra day.
UPS does not offer a service guarantee (meaning there is no money-back if it does not arrive in time), but in our experience 99% of shipments arrive within 3 days.
Please also be aware that a shipping upgrade does not change production time on made-to-order or personalized items or the processing time to pack and ship your order.
UPS Next Day Air - Next day delivery to anywhere in the continental USA, Mon-Fri. During the holiday season may be an extra day.

UPS Saturday Delivery
This is not a standalone shipping option - it is in addition to another UPS Service.
No UPS services include Saturday delivery.
Due to technology issues, we cannot figure out how to add it as an option at checkout, so...
You must add the "Saturday Delivery Add On" from this listing (https://cuddlesleepdream.com/products/shipping-upgrade?variant=43521363771611) in addition to whatever service you have chosen.
For example, you can add the Saturday Delivery from the upgrade listing to your cart with the rest of your items, and then choose a UPS service (ground, next day, etc) at checkout .
Or if you already checked out and paid for regular shipping, but would like to upgrade to a UPS service with Saturday delivery, you will need to add that listing to your cart TWICE. Once with the UPS option (i.e. UPS 2 Day) and a second time with the "Saturday Delivery" option.

Postal Service (USPS)
USPS Priority
This service is not guaranteed in a specific number of days. It is faster than regular shipping, usually knocking off 1-2 days from standard mail times. (Generally arrives 1-2 days for the east coast up to 3-4 days for more rural and further areas.)
USPS Express
This is a guaranteed 1-2 day service for the postal service. We do recommend UPS options as more reliable particularly during peak holiday season, but Express does make it in 2 days more than 90% of the time.

If your package has been in transit for 2 weeks, or has not moved for 1 week, or it has been 3 days since it was marked delivered - please contact us for help.

Sep 2021: Due to extensive COVID delays and other issues, we currently only offer DHL service to most areas of the world.
Canada: USPS first class shipments are available. We have been advised that the total transit time can be a month+. If you would like a quote for a faster service, please email us and we would be glad to offer UPS or DHL options.
