*** USA Shipping Policy ***
Standard shipping is via USPS. Delivery confirmation is included. If you would like insurance or need FedEx or UPS I do offer those services as well but please send me a message before placing your order so I can set up a custom listing for you. Please keep in mind that I cannot be held responsible for post office delays. I guarantee to mail it on the date promised.
Please check your address carefully (especially if you are using paypal). If a package shows it is delivered, I do not offer refunds or replacements.
*** About Shipping Upgrades ***
You can upgrade Post Office packages to:
Priority - This is NOT guaranteed but in my experience, priority packages arrive on the 2nd day 95% of the time, 3rd day 99% of the time.
Priority Express - The Post Office guarantees this service, meaning they will reimburse your shipping cost if it doesn't make it in 1-2 days.
Whichever your upgrade, in the event it does not make it when you need it, you may return the item. However, I do not reimburse the shipping cost.
*** INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ***
We can ship worldwide. If your country does not appear as an option, please message me for a quote and we'll add it.
Buyer is responsible for all customs and fees in your country.
FOR EU, CANADA, AND AUSTRALIA:
International orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. They generally take 1-2 weeks, but can be much longer if there is a delay in customs. (Plan for it to take much longer in November and December!)
Once it leaves my hands I do not get any special information that you cannot also see.
First Class Mail is the least expensive shipping choice and does NOT include insurance. That means that if the package is lost in the mail, I have no way to recover the loss. It is at your own risk. I do not refund for lost packages.
All items can be returned or exchanged for any reason, but buyer does pay shipping (unless there is a defect).
Rush fees and shipping charges are non-refundable unless I personally mailed it late or otherwise messed up. I cannot be held responsible for postal delays.
If the tracking information for your item shows that it arrived, but you have not received it, unfortunately I am unable to refund your order. You may open a claim with your local post office. If you have a recurring package delivery problem, I can ship your order with signature confirmation, insurance, or another shipping provider (FedEx, UPS) by request.
