Shipping

Sep 2021: As we head into the holiday season, we expect to see significant shipping delays with USPS service again.  UPS options are recommended for the most reliable delivery times.  We cannot guarantee a specific delivery date for USPS (our regular/flat rate) shipping.

Processing Time

Cuddle Sleep Dream products are proudly handmade in small batches.  We keep many items in-stock, with a processing time of 1-3 days. Other items are handmade to order, with a production & processing time of up to 5-7 days.  There is specific timing information available on each product's page (see shipping tab).

Here's what might take a little longer:

Personalization: Please allow 2-3 days for personalization.  (We are often able to rush this by request, but please be sure to contact us via email or leave a note at checkout with your need-by date.)

Holiday/Seasonal Pants: Seasonal inventory moves very quickly.  We do our best to keep them in stock, but we often run out of sizes and need to handmake them to order, which takes 4-7 days. If you are in a rush, you may contact customer service (info@cuddlesleepdream.com) with a link or picture of the item, the size you need, the date you need them by, and your zip code and we'll let you know how long it would take to ship.

USA Shipping Information

We ship from Hatboro, PA (Philadelphia suburbs).  

Our flat rate shipping is via USPS first class package. Delivery confirmation and tracking is included.

As of Sep 2021, most shipments are arriving in 2-4 days, but some are still taking 1-2 weeks.  We expect there to be a sudden increase in delivery times at some point in the next couple of months.

 

Shipping Upgrades available: 

USPS Priority & Express are currently unavailable due to unreliable delivery times.

UPS Ground - UPS Ground arrives in 1-5 days, not including weekends, depending on your location relative to the map below.  

During the holiday season it may be an extra day, but we have found it to be very reliable even through the peak of the season.

UPS 2-day Air - 2 day delivery to anywhere in the continental USA.  During the holiday season it may be an extra day. 

UPS does not offer a service guarantee (meaning there is no money-back if it does not arrive in time), but in our experience 99% of shipments arrive within 3 days.

Please also be aware that a shipping upgrade does not change production time on made-to-order or personalized items or the processing time to pack and ship your order.

 

UPS Next Day Air - Next day delivery to anywhere in the continental USA.  During the holiday season may be an extra day. 

UPS offers a service guarantee (meaning you will be reimbursed if it does not arrive in time), and in our experience 100% of these shipments arrive within 2 days.

Missing or Delayed Package?

Here are some tips to track down your package if it is marked as delivered:

USPS

  • The USPS website has the most up-to-date details on tracking and delivery times. 
  • If it says it is estimated or delivered today, please allow a couple of extra days - sometimes tracking is marked early
  • Double check your shipping address is correct on your order invoice or shipping confirmation email.  
  • Check with your neighbors. 
  • Check with your local post office. Ask for the GPS coordinates of delivery.  
  • Sign up for tracking updates on the usps website, sometimes they trigger movement.

If your package has been in transit for 2 weeks, or has not moved for 1 week, please contact us for help.

 

UPS

  • If your package shows "label created" and nothing further for 48 hours or more, please email us.
  • If it is marked as delivered and it is not there, please allow 24 hours for it turn up, and then contact us

    International Shipping Information

    Sep 2021: Due to extensive COVID delays and other issues, we currently only offer DHL service to most areas of the world.

    Canada: USPS first class shipments are available.  We have been advised that the total transit time can be a month+.  If you would like a quote for a faster service, please email us and we would be glad to offer UPS or DHL options.
