I thought I was ordering matching shirts. However mom’s shirt came with one color ink and baby shirt has different color? Not sure if this is my fault, but disappointing none the less.

I bought this for my son two years ago for Easter. At the time it was a little big so he got a few years of wear out of it. This year he had outgrown his old one, but I just wasn’t excited about any other Easter clothes I was seeing. I decided to come back and buy a bigger size in this sweatshirt because I knew we loved it and it’s such a cute print! The material is soft, almost velvety and washes really well. Might be tempted to buy a third one when he outgrows this one if he isn’t “too cool” for bunny clothes by then!
Love love them but i accidentally ordered a 5 instead of a 3 but it will fit since my grandson has chubby feet.

I placed an order for my newborn nephew. I lost track of the order only to find it was delivered weeks before but I have no record of receiving the item. I called customer service and immediately another order was shipped to me. This time, the postal records were messed up and my delivery went to another town. I called again and immediately another shipment was quickly sent. When I received the order is was even more beautiful than I imagined. I was nervous ordering on line and when my package was lost, I assumed I would never get a replacement. My confidence in ordering for Cuddle is 100% They dealt with the issue in such a professional, personal and friendly way that they now have a forever customer.
