All items (except personalized pieces*), in UNWASHED new condition, can be returned or exchanged for any reason for up to 45 days. Please contact us regarding returns beyond 45 days.  We do accept them on a case-by-case basis.

How to Return/Exchange

Please send the item to:

Please include:

• your packing slip (OR order number OR full name & address)
• a note explaining what you need (i.e. "exchange for size 6m" or "return and refund").

We recommend saving your tracking number for the return.

Please allow for up to a week for us to process the return once it is received.  If you are in a rush to exchange, we recommend purchasing the item you need and then sending the return, rather than waiting for the exchange.

*Personalized Items

Items that have been personalized or extensively customized (i.e. a special birthday theme) are not able to be returned unless there is a defect or mistake.  Please be extra sure to check the sizing and spelling details of your order.
