I am so excited about Christmas being right around the corner. If your little man is going to be celebrating his first Christmas, there is so much you can do with him to make it special all month long!
1. Sing christmas carols together
Swap Rock-a-bye Baby and Mary Had a Little Lamb for Silent Night and O Little Town of Bethlehem. Sing them to your baby all month long and maybe next year he'll start to remember them (and even sing along!)
2. Taste new foods
Of course, this depends on how old baby boy is. But if he's started solids, introduce him to some of your seasonal favorites: cranberries, sweet potatoes, green beans, ham - give him a special holiday puree!
3. Take him to see lights
Take a bundled-up walk around your block, or a slow drive around town and show him your favorite light displays. He'll love staring at them.
4. Get him a First Christmas outfit
There are so many cute outfits out there for baby’s first Christmas. But I think he needs to get all dressed up at least once during the holiday season and Cuddle Sleep Dream has the cutest 1st Christmas outfits for boys.
5. Visit Santa
Every baby needs that obligatory picture in Santa's lap. Will your baby boy be a screamer or smile? There's only one way to find out!
6. Do a craft together
There are TONS of crafts you can do with him. From making a Christmas tree out of his feet to baking a homemade hand print in the oven, a keepsake craft is a great activity.
7. Go get a tree
Let him feel the pine needles and breathe in the smells of a tree farm. Babies love new adventures (and look really cute all bundled up).
8. Get him new pajamas
Start the Christmas pajama tradition right away and get him a new little pair of pjs. They can only wear those adorable footed pajamas so long. And in a few years, he'll be looking forward to those new Christmas jammies.
